Our photographers/videographers do not stage/ clean up at shoots. If you would like a partial reshoot (new exteriors on a sunny day, updated kitchen, new paint, etc ) we charge $75.ĭoes your team of photographers and videographers clean and or stage the home? But we also include FREE sky replacements for the exterior photos! Exteriors may have to be taken on a separate day. We will shoot in any weather, however we can not video in the rain.

During inclement weather we will contact you via email or text the morning of shoot, verifying the appointment and asking if you want to wait for better conditions. We generate a listing website link for every package that is branded with listing agent headshot, contact information and agent logo. If something is our fault, we will happily reshoot and fix the problem. We don’t offer refunds for services rendered, however we can apply a discount to future shoots. You are able to pay via Quickbooks invoice online or at the time of the appointment with your credit card. At completion of either just photos or photos and video tour we require payment at that time. We deliver photos within 24 hrs and video 48 hrs. This means on larger homes, some spaces may be excluded.

This is because viewer retention drops off steeply after around 2.5 minutes. We keep our videos between 1-3 minutes in length including videos with drone coverage clips. We provide 30-35 edited images for your listing.
